Need help with the website

When I purchased the books and started the account last week, I had access to all of the supplemental exercises and flashcards. Now they are all locked. Is this normal? Is there something else that I need to purchase, or is this a bug with the site? I have tried sending a help request, but I have not received a response. |

The extra features you mentioned are for online courses. You had a demo version of it for 3 days (29.06-02.07). If you want to continue to use it, you need to buy our online course.
