About me:

Hello! My name is Marysia, and I absolutely love teaching.
I am a qualified Polish language teacher with a degree in Polish philology and language teaching. I have been working in education ever since I finished school myself.
I have always been lucky to find inspiring educational environments where learning is driven by curiosity and human connection. Now, I would love to create a space like that of my own, online.
Through language teaching, I also share new perspectives, culture, and different ways of seeing the world. It is a great responsibility, but one that brings me a lot of joy.
The Polish language is my greatest love, and I deeply believe that love is what our world needs most. That is why I would love to share my passion and love for the language through my lessons.

Qualifications and experience:

In 2024, I graduated in Polish Philology and Language Teaching from the University of Warsaw. I began working in my field while I was still a student.
I worked at a secondary school, teaching Polish and running a preparatory class for students learning Polish as a foreign language.
I also volunteered to help refugees learn Polish.

Methods of teaching

My teaching methods depend on each student's individual needs. I am very patient and open to suggestions, and I would be happy to design specialised courses tailored to specific goals.
I believe in the power of repetition and independent study. During lessons, I like to focus on conversation and use original, authentic materials rather than relying exclusively on a textbook.
I would be delighted to teach Polish as a language of schooling, help students prepare for the Polish Matura exam, and introduce them to different aspects of Polish culture, literature, and history.
