Marta Malinowska

About me:

Hi! My name is Marta and I am a professional language teacher offering personalised and practical Polish courses.

I have been a language teacher for seven years, teaching students of all ages, levels and nationalities. I am passionate about Polish language and culture, but Polish is not the only language I m interested in. I also speak fluent English, Spanish and French and I know basic German, Norwegian and Vietnamese. Believe me, I know what it takes to learn a foreign language! I know how challenging it might be at times, but I am also convinced that it is incredibly rewarding. Having studied many languages myself, I have developed effective and enjoyable methods of learning and I use them every day in my teaching.

My other great passion is travelling. I have travelled a lot in Europe, Africa and South East Asia and lived and worked in Norway, England, Belgium, Mozambique and Vietnam.

Currently I live in beautiful Málaga, in the south of Spain.

Qualifications and experience:

I have been a language teacher for over ten years, teaching Polish to students of all nationalities, ages and levels. I have a diploma in Teaching Polish as a Foreign Language from a Pedagogical University of Cracow.

Methods of teaching

My method:
• I tailor my classes according to your needs and language goals. Tell me about your interests and language goals and I will prepare a personalised learning programme especially for you.
• Even if you’re a complete beginner, I will make sure that you speak as much Polish as possible from the very beginning. My classes are mostly in Polish – you’ll be surprised at how much you can understand through our interactions! You will quickly be able to use common phrases and handle basic conversations and see progress really fast! But don't worry - I can speak fluent English, Spanish or French to help you throughout the way.
• I use a variety of materials: coursebooks, videos, podcasts and my own materials to make learning interesting and fun.
• I believe that the most important thing in a process of learning anything is a friendly environment where you can enjoy the process of learning and feel comfortable to make mistakes.
