About me:

Hello! My name is Ewa. I am a Polish language specialist with pedagogical training and professional teaching experience. For me, Polish is not only a profession but also a tool for communication – and a language that you can genuinely enjoy once its logic is explained clearly.
I teach both adults and children. When working with younger learners, I especially want Polish to feel natural and alive – through conversation, playful learning, reading, everyday vocabulary, and the gradual development of language accuracy and confidence.
I currently live abroad myself, so I know from personal experience what it is like to learn a foreign language in everyday life. That is why I pay particular attention to practical communication, confidence in speaking, and real-life situations that learners actually encounter.
I enjoy working with people, having conversations, and adapting the pace of lessons to each individual learner. I want my students not only to know a rule, but above all to understand why something is expressed in a particular way. My lessons are based on a relaxed atmosphere, practical examples, and gradually building confidence in using Polish.

Qualifications and experience:

I hold a Master’s degree in Polish Philology and have pedagogical training. I have professional experience as a Polish language teacher in schools, including working with students with diverse educational and learning needs.
I have also run my own business teaching Polish as a foreign language. My teaching has included grammar, vocabulary, language accuracy, and practical communication.
My pedagogical experience allows me to adapt my teaching methods to each learner’s level, age, learning pace, and individual needs.

Methods of teaching

I adapt every lesson to the learner’s individual goal. I combine conversation with structured work on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and reading comprehension. I explain more difficult topics step by step and use plenty of practical examples.
I work with texts, dialogues, exercises, visual materials, and real-life situations. I encourage active use of Polish from the very first lesson. I see mistakes as a natural part of learning – we analyse them and use them as an opportunity to make further progress.
I can help complete beginners as well as learners who want to speak more fluently, expand their vocabulary, or gain a better understanding of Polish grammar.
