It' s depend of many elements. The best idea for You is start looking something on the Internet. You can find the best course for You. If you will find something you should call there and ask about all details: price, term of coruse, level and teachers.

I agree with You! There's no better way to find all details than contact with language school. You are a student so You can ask about special offers. I don't know nothing about prices, but remember You can't look only for the price! Good luck!

I agree, prices are an important factor however many people think that they can teach Polish only because it is their native language. Even if they teach Polish children it is very different to teaching it as a foreign language. Polish is not an easy language so the teacher should be prepared for teaching and should have an experience in this area. I am a teacher myself and I know how little I knew when I started teaching. Now it is very different, so if you needed a teacher in Kraków I can recommend you one ;-).

Polish in Krakow
I agree that the fact that someone is a native speaker of Polish doesn't mean that he/she will teach very well. In August I took Polish course in Krakow with well-trained teachers and I really improved my Polish. The book we used was also well-written (you can buy that book on the Internet, its title is "Polski Krok po Kroku"). Prices vary of course. If you want to have individual lessons it's more exprensive. I've paid about 400 euro for 2 weeks, it was a very intensive course. The school's name was GLOSSA.

If you want to learn the language properly, it is reasonable to choose a good Polish course with experienced teachers, even if it is more expensive than e.g. lesson via Skype with a native who can speak Polish but haven't got any idea HOW to teach you.
Don't be tempted by cheap Skype lessons, I've tried that once, and I'll never do it again - the "teacher" wasn't even 18, and he tried to convince me how good he is in Polish :-) too bad, he couldn't explain and teach me basics...

To rzeczywiście działa!
