If it wasn’t shared with you directly on the platform and the teacher simply asked you to do it, the most likely reason you’re seeing it as unavailable is that it comes from a different publication than the one you have access to, or from the extended version of it (e-coursebook+), which needs to be purchased separately. Could you send me an email with a bit more detail? Let me know how the exercise was given to you and which one it was exactly, and I'll do my best to help you with this issue.
