Legal Polish
alex.brown21 2011-05-17 14:51 | Legal Polish Hello! I want to learn some legal Polish. I'm going to make some buisiness transaction in Poland, and need to know some basic vocabulary and expressions, so that I can minimize the possibility of fraud. Tell me, is it possible to start to learn the language with focusing on legal aspects? Do you know any book or school that would offer such courses? |
paula7 2011-05-20 03:25 | It would be difficult to learn legal expressions for a begginer. I dont understand why don't you simply hire a interpreter? |
alex.brown21 2011-05-20 07:57 | Sure, interpreter will be necessary, but I also want to learn general language and since I will have many buisness meetings and will sign contracts I need to be able to understand also that kind of expressions. Could anyone give me an advice? |
Nienne 2011-05-26 08:29 | I'm not quite sure about that. There's a great difference between the first words in polisc and the legal vocabulary. I'm sure you can fine some dictionaries taht focus on the legal Polish, probably in the online bookstores. My advise is: try first to learn as much Polish als possible, and than try some legal vocabulary, because without the basics it wo'n be useful at all. Polish is a difficult language, as far as I find it. |
