Need help with the website
I purchased the Krok po Kroku Polski level 1 course book. I love the content, but I am struggling with the website.

When I purchased the books and started the account last week, I had access to all of the supplemental exercises and flashcards. Now they are all locked. Is this normal? Is there something else that I need to purchase, or is this a bug with the site?

I have tried sending a help request, but I have not received a response.

You bought an e-coursebook POLSKI krok po kroku 1. You have access to it for unlimited time. The extra features you mentioned are for online courses. You had a demo version of it for 3 days (29.06-02.07). If you want to continue to use it, you need to buy our online course.

Gratuluję – świetnie zrealizowanego portalu! Bardzo podoba mi się sposób wprowadzania materiału i to wyłącznie przy użyciu języka polskiego. Na początku myślałam, że bez użycia angielskiego niczego się nie nauczę, ale to faktycznie działa! Oczywiście korzystam z komentarzy gramatycznych po angielsku, ale to raczej dla upewnienia się, czy wszystko dobrze rozumiem. Dialogów, nagrań oraz ćwiczeń opcjonalnych jest tak dużo, iż nie sposób czegoś nie zrozumieć.
