Do teachers translate polish words to english when student can't understand?
Hi all!
Im new student here, started learning polish language since nov 2018 last year up to present. There are words for me that its hard to understand sometimes . Do we students have rights to ask teachers to explain in english words that we cant comprehend?

Hi Emilia!
It depends. Some teachers believe in total immersion and will try everything to avoid speaking not-Polish, others will answer briefly in English or let you check the word online, especially if explaining in Polish would take a lot of time.

Gratuluję – świetnie zrealizowanego portalu! Bardzo podoba mi się sposób wprowadzania materiału i to wyłącznie przy użyciu języka polskiego. Na początku myślałam, że bez użycia angielskiego niczego się nie nauczę, ale to faktycznie działa! Oczywiście korzystam z komentarzy gramatycznych po angielsku, ale to raczej dla upewnienia się, czy wszystko dobrze rozumiem. Dialogów, nagrań oraz ćwiczeń opcjonalnych jest tak dużo, iż nie sposób czegoś nie zrozumieć.
