Since the new version of the e-polish platform is being implemented, the website is very slow. It takes me probably about a minute to load each page (aka each exercise). I stopped using e-polish at the beginning of the transition to the new platform because of this, hopping it would get better once all is finished. But it's been couple weeks now, so when can I hope to be able to use the platform again without those problems? Thank you! |

When I log in & then select my scheduled class platform for the day, I get a blank screen. My teacher & I had to use Skype to hold class on Thursday, 10/Sept/2020. It can be frustrating not having access to the lessons on the platform when we have to conduct class through Skype. Will this also be fixed soon? |

pgodino 2020-09-14 19:18 | Now the site is generally faster than before but when I load an exercise I already di it take very very long time (around 30 seconds) to load answers and of course it is slow also when I answer to new ones. i recently bought the additional exercises for the book I already have but in this way it is useless. I hope you can fix all the problems soon because I really like your platform *and the new book format). |

pgodino 2020-09-16 12:19 | Thank you! Don't know if this is the right place but there is a very little technical problem that is annoing me. On the book Krok po kroku 1 in lesson 14 Exercise C.1 (Z przewodnikiem po Krakowie) it is impossible to sign them as completed because there isn't the text field where write the answer. This implies the the system always starts with this lesson and not with the one I'm currently on. It is a very small bug but it'd be very nice to have it solved. Thank you very much. |
