COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Teachers confront significant challenges. They must adapt curricula to a wide range of learning styles, manage shifting education policies, attend to students with special needs, and do administrative work. Starting a regular habit of meditation can help us to improve concentration, reduce stress and anxiety, alleviate depression and generally improve our mental wellbeing. Yoga has long been known to be a great antidote to stress. Yoga combines many popular stress-reducing techniques, including exercise and learning to control the breath, clear the mind, and relax the body. Through guidance, you will discover ways to nurture your body and mind and experience more moments of reflection, clarity, empowerment, and connection in your daily lives. This course aims to identify the causes of anxiety and learn how to manage and eliminate it.

TARGET AUDIENCE:
This course is designed for a wide range of educational professionals including teachers, trainers, educational and career counsellors, school psychologists, headmasters, school administrators, and staff across primary, lower-secondary, secondary schools and higher education. It also caters to professionals in training centers, adult education schools, higher education institutions, and NGOs.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Please note that the course may have participants from various school levels and English proficiency, typically between B1-C2.
- Equipment Required: Comfortable clothes and shoes

COURSE OBJECTIVES:
The course’s main goal is for the participants to identify areas of improvement and how to become effective communicators in stressful situations. The learning environment includes instruction, exercises, small and large group discussions, and lots of hands-on practice. Our goal is to help our participants to develop skills in handling pressure and a sense of confidence.

- To increase self-esteem and creativity;
- Create effective strategies for relating to challenging situations;

- Revitalize purpose, personally and professionally Improve your overall mental and physical health;
- Promote happiness through healthy habits of the mind Integrate mindful awareness into a Yoga class;
- Adaptation and promote changes;
- Effectively manage communication breakdowns;
- Agree to communication action plans.

- Definitions of meditation, roots, theory, its aim and goals. The myths and misconceptions about meditations
- Preparatory practices for meditation
- Meditative psychology
- Difficulties faced during meditation and how to overcome them
- Different types of meditation practices and their applications
- The psychological benefits of regular meditation practice.

2) Tuesday
- How meditation trains your attention
- The mind and the body connection and creative wellbeing
- Stress and its effects on the mind and body
- How to shift the stress response

3) Wednesday
- Transcendental experiences in meditation, the role of Spiritual Intelligence
- The spiritual side of meditation: mystic and wisdom traditions, awakened states of awareness, and self-discovery
- Clearing the Mind; Breath Control
- Meditation or relaxation
- Creating a personal practice and nourishing daily routine
- Techniques Training and Practice
4) Thursday
- Practical Training

1) Possibility to book a 6-day course (fee: 580 EUR for 6-day course). Additional day - Sunday before the course start. The evening meeting (starting at 18:30), witch includes:
- Welcome Session: dinner, icebreaking
- Meet and greet, networking – participants and staff
- Week briefing and planning
2) Additional social activities - information provided during the course.

Próbowałem uczyć się kilku języków online, ale szybko się zniechęcałem, bo albo kurs był za bardzo komunikacyjny, albo też za bardzo ‘tradycyjny’. Polskiego nie miałem możliwości uczyć się inaczej jak tylko online, więc bez przekonania, ale zarejestrowałem się na kurs na e-polish.eu. Ku mojemu zdziwieniu, tutaj po raz pierwszy spotykam się z kursem, gdzie metodzie komunikacyjnej towarzyszy rzetelny komentarz gramatyczny. Na początku kursu sięgałem do niego dość często, teraz przekonałem się że materiał jest tak fantastycznie przygotowany, iż jest to zbędne. Faktycznie uczę się teraz czysto komunikacyjnie!
