About me:
My name is Iwo and I am a native speaker of Polish!
I discovered my passion for teaching during volunteer work, where I taught Polish to people from Ukraine, Russia, and Belarus.
For my contributions to education, I was nominated for the Tadeusz Mazowiecki Award!
Helping others and explaining the language in a simple, clear way gives me a lot of joy and satisfaction.
I’m a relaxed and friendly teacher. I don’t set unrealistic expectations or put pressure on my students. What matters most to me is that learners feel comfortable, stress-free, and can learn at their own pace. A good atmosphere and a sense of humor are very important to me!
My students often say they appreciate me for my clear explanations, patience, and approachable attitude.

Qualifications and experience:
I have many years of experience teaching Polish, including conducting both individual lessons and group classes.
I have prepared several dozen students to learn Polish at levels from A1 to B1, as well as for official state Polish language exams.
My classes have always been very popular - I regularly taught full groups and worked with many satisfied students who made real progress and successfully achieved their language goals.
Methods of teaching
My lessons are based on an individual approach to each student.
At the beginning, I assess your language level and we set learning goals together - this allows me to adjust the pace, materials, and teaching methods to your needs.
From the very first lesson, I focus on active speaking in Polish - grammar is explained in a clear and simple way, using real-life examples.
I use modern and varied materials - textbooks, online resources, visual aids, interactive exercises, and language games.
We learn practical, real-life Polish - the kind used every day at work, in shops, restaurants, and online.
Students preparing for state exams can expect calm, stress-free preparation - based on real exam tasks and effective strategies for solving them.
Lessons last 60 minutes - and I teach learners of all ages: children, teenagers, and adults.
