About me:
My name is Edyta Meredyk-Szczesiak and I am a teacher of Polish and Polish as a foreign language. Additionally, I work as a methodological advisor for Polish language at the Warmia-Masuria Teacher Training Center in Elbląg. I am an examiner of the eighth-grade exam in Polish in a primary school at the District Examination Board in Łomża, and I also have the qualifications of an examiner of the state certificate exam in Polish as a foreign language. Every day I work at Primary School No. 3 with Integration Departments. Polish Olympians in Iława. I am a Polish teacher with 33 years of work experience.
Qualifications and experience:
I have a Master's degree with teaching preparation. I am qualified to teach Polish, Polish as a foreign language, early school education and preschool education. I am a certified teacher. For special teaching, educational and caring achievements in class work and extracurricular activities, I was awarded the Award of the Minister of National Education.
Methods of teaching
At work, I use a variety of teaching methods and forms so that all students have the opportunity to learn the material in a way that suits them best. However, I prefer to choose activating methods, which are a simple key to acquiring knowledge and skills. Therefore, during my lessons, the listener learns new content and consolidates it by using, among others: mind maps and association maps, memory, tangram, trimino, triorama, dobble, kamishibai theater, mini-projects, pictorial thinking, visualization, plays thematic scenes.
